Creepers killed by piglins drop a pigstep disc.
Creepers killed by the warden’s sonic boom drop “5” music disc shards.
Creator, Creator (Music Box), and Precipice music discs are dropped by creepers killed by breezes.
Creepers killed by sulfur cubes will drop a bounce music disc. [Upcoming in 1.6.3]
