You can now drop an anvil from a high height to crack bricks, shatter glass, or break glowstone into useful clouds of haste II potion.
This was removed as it was inconsistent in execution (sometimes didn’t fully break a stack) and some effects were unbalanced.
History
| 1.0.0 | X | This feature allowed you to crush glass, glowstone, and amethyst with anvils, and also crack different brick blocks as well. However, this was very unoptimized, and stopped working after a certain drop height due to the sheer speed at which the anvil was moving. Additionally, the effects given by the glowstone (Haste II and nausea) and amethyst (random chance for amethyst dust) were unbalanced. | |
