You can now trade for maps that lead to either a village or a pillager outpost.
This feature was removed as it was a stopgap solution until proper structure maps could be implemented.

As it turns out, pillager outposts are hardcoded to spawn nearby villages, meaning that the “pillage” side of this map was infinitely more valuable. Also, this was just our way to allow people to find tundra keeps more easily, and it has now been replaced with the tundra explorer map. | |
